What this system does

This site presents Legado events and organises participation: registration of the guardian and the child, forming the age-based teams, issuing the ticket and running check-in during the event.

Who can use it

The account is created by the person legally responsible for the child, aged 18 or over. Children and teenagers do not create their own account: you are the one who answers for them in the system.

The information provided must be true, especially date of birth and dietary and medical restrictions — the date determines the team and the restrictions exist for safety during the event.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account. If you suspect someone gained access, change the password and tell the organisation.

Accounts may be deactivated in case of misuse of the system or false information that puts the safety of the event at risk.

Registration and payment

Tickets are sold by Ticket and Go, an independent platform. Payment, invoicing, and cancellation and refund rules follow Ticket and Go's terms, not this site's.

This system receives the information about who purchased and handles the rest: additional registration details, team, ticket and check-in.

Use of images

Photos and videos are taken during the event. Using the child's image in promotion depends on the authorisation you tick during registration, and it can be changed at any time through the dashboard or by contacting the organisation.

Taking part in the event

Legado is a father-and-child experience on the mountain. The guardian's presence throughout the event is part of the programme — the child does not take part unaccompanied.

The organisation may adjust the schedule, venue or times for reasons of safety, weather or force majeure, informing those registered through the contacts on file.

Limits

We work to keep the system available and correct, but it is offered as is. Internet failures at the event site, for instance, may affect check-in by phone — which is why there is always a printed list as a fallback.

Changes to this text

These terms may be updated. When a change is significant, we notify you through the contacts on file. The date of the last revision is at the end of this page.
